HR Employee Experience Supervisor

About the position

The Employee Experience Supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and contingent workers within Human Resources Operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments, monitoring operational activities, and ensuring effective HR service delivery. The Supervisor will also focus on developing talent and engaging with senior leadership to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of HR specialists supporting Employee Lifecycle needs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-training and career pathing.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Identify operational efficiencies and seek improvements in HR processes.
• Regularly interact with officers and managers to resolve complex HR issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant functional work experience.
• Demonstration of leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in problem solving, creativity, and innovation.
• Advanced analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
