About the position

As an HR Enablement Manager at Zebra Technologies, you will enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiency across the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to support key initiatives and processes driven by the People Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to enable communication and collaboration on People Operations Team related projects and initiatives.
  • Drives the creation, implementation, and ongoing governance of the People Operations Team intranet and knowledge base, ensuring information is high quality, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Establishes a framework and regular schedule for communications using a variety of communication channels and creative methods to clearly convey process changes, enhancements, and updates.
  • Collaborates with centers of excellence and leadership to identify opportunities for optimizing processes and systems and improving the employee experience while leveraging and creating feedback channels such as the Employee Experience Community to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develops and delivers training on systems, processes, and best practices to ensure team members and stakeholders are equipped to utilize our tools and systems effectively.
  • Analyzes metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing People Team operations including advancing self-service and automation.
  • Leads and supports projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and change management initiatives.
  • Stays informed of industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in HR, business, or operations
  • Able to travel up to 10% annually
