As the Human Resources Manager at Aramark, you will play a pivotal role in providing HR generalist support for the Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the management and administration of essential HR processes that are critical to the organization’s success. You will be the point of contact for various HR initiatives, ensuring that the needs of the employees and the organization are met effectively. Your role will involve addressing issue resolution, following up on corporate COE inquiries, and providing recommendations. This includes responding to hotline calls, conducting investigations, and offering corrective action and performance management consulting. You will also interpret policies and assist in employee engagement initiatives, developing action plans and coordinating corporate engagement and celebration activities. In addition, you will be involved in talent acquisition efforts, serving as the point of contact for corporate leadership programs. Your responsibilities will extend to HR metrics reporting and analysis, as well as providing assistance with benefits and payroll as needed. You will also oversee onboarding programs and initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
