About the position

As the Human Resources Manager at Aramark, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR generalist support to the Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This position is integral to the management and administration of several critical HR processes that ensure the smooth operation of the organization. You will be responsible for addressing issue resolution, following up on hotline calls, conducting investigations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions and performance management consulting. Additionally, you will interpret company policies and ensure they are effectively communicated and understood across the organization. In your role, you will also spearhead employee engagement initiatives, developing and implementing Engagement Action Plans, and coordinating corporate engagement and celebration activities. You will serve as the point of contact for talent acquisition programs, specifically the corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership initiatives. Your responsibilities will extend to HR metrics reporting and analysis, as well as providing assistance with benefits and payroll as needed. You will oversee onboarding programs and initiatives, ensuring that new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide HR generalist support for Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE).

Requirements

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and resolution development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve practical problems.
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels of management.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
