The HR Generalist 2 position at the University of California, Berkeley, is designed to provide comprehensive human resources support to various departments within the College of Letters and Sciences, specifically focusing on the Divisions of Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities, and Undergraduate Studies. The HR Generalist will also provide guidance to supervisors in developing job descriptions and communicating benefits, while conducting HR trend analyses to inform departmental strategies.
