Rover is seeking an HR Generalist II to join our People Team on a 6-9 month contract basis. This role is pivotal in executing a variety of duties within the Human Resources field, particularly in supporting our HR Business Partner and HR Operations team. The HR Generalist will act as a trusted advisor to US Frontline Operations employees, providing guidance and support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and workplace accommodations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations, a passion for fostering an inclusive employee culture, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing managers to enhance their capabilities, managing workplace accommodation requests, and addressing employee inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
