The HR Generalist Coordinator II at Aramark plays a crucial role in supporting Human Resources and operational managers in executing day-to-day HR activities. The HR Generalist Coordinator II will be responsible for various HR functions, including daily reporting, administration, and assisting with the overall management of HR processes. In this position, the HR Generalist Coordinator II will utilize HR systems to generate reports that provide valuable insights into HR metrics and performance. They will also assist in tracking and administering the recognition program, ensuring that employees are acknowledged for their contributions. Additionally, the coordinator will provide necessary data and information for investigations in collaboration with HR Managers, ensuring compliance and thoroughness in all HR-related matters. The role involves coordinating the benefits program, which includes liaising with third-party administrators for worker's compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability. The HR Generalist Coordinator II will lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front-line associates, working closely with management to ensure a smooth and effective review process. Furthermore, the coordinator will assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates, playing a vital role in integrating new team members into the organization. Responsibilities

  • Use HR systems to produce reports
  • Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills
  • Strong English verbal/written communication skills
  • A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred
