This role will also involve providing support during open enrollment periods for benefits, maintaining knowledge of benefit plans, and assisting employees with their benefits-related questions. Additionally, the HR Generalist will support time-card entries for payroll as needed and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate record-keeping and reporting practices. The HR Generalist will be an integral member of various project teams aimed at improving processes as the company evolves. This includes leading change management initiatives and process improvement projects. The role requires strong leadership in enhancing internal communications and fostering a supportive work environment.
