Responsibilities

  • Monitor Georgia Labor and Employment Law
  • Maintain Human Resources / Employee Records
  • Conduct Company's Internal Investigations
  • Process & Administer Worker's Compensation Claims
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Systems Maintenance
  • Communicate with Wendy's Corporate HR Counterparts
  • Coordinate with Payroll Department for Employee Matters
  • Provide Support and Technical Assistance to Employees
  • Assist with Company LinkedIn Posting
  • Produce Quarterly Newsletter
  • Maintain and Track Company Permits and Licenses
  • Report Bank Account Balances
  • Review and Approve Banking Transactions
  • Administer Company Credit Cards
  • Assist Company Vice President as needed

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in human resource field administering HR programs or a bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of administrative tools, such as Dropbox, LastPass, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Utilization of Human Resources and Payroll systems, such as People Matter and ProLiant

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a franchise environment
  • Familiarity with Wendy's corporate policies
