The Senior HR Generalist will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and play a crucial role in implementing the HR strategy for AAG. This strategy focuses on several key pillars, including creating system paths for compliant and efficient human capital transactions, building system guardrails to reduce compliance risk, and developing processes to deliver training and knowledge to the workforce. Additionally, the role involves using data to define and execute people development activities and supporting the HR team in creating tools that help employees engage with benefits resources. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for understanding the business verticals and centralized tools to partner effectively with field managers on employee cycle KPIs, which include selection, onboarding, training, and people development. A significant part of the role involves optimizing ADP talent management technology to attract and retain talent across the organization.
