About the position

Innova Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist I to join our team in Delta, Pennsylvania. This position is essential in supporting the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, and Safety Programs. The HR Generalist will provide direct support to the HR Director and will be involved in a range of HR Generalist duties, including assisting with administrative tasks, coaching discussions with managers, and participating in audits. The role is designed to augment the current HR staff during peak times and special projects, making it a dynamic and engaging opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in any HR-related field. This position requires someone who can handle various priorities and deadlines effectively. The HR Generalist will be responsible for uploading documents, data entry, and interacting with new hires, as well as attending career fairs at nearby universities to promote the company and its opportunities. The role is hybrid, requiring two days in the office initially, with the potential to reduce to one day as the candidate becomes more acclimated to the position. There is also the possibility of this role evolving into a full-time position. Candidates should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as training will be provided. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is preferred. Responsibilities

Requirements
