The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing both domestic and international relocations, ensuring compliance across HR operations, and enhancing organizational processes. The role also involves taking charge of reviewing, updating, and creating HR Operations Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing a wide range of required documentation, and providing essential support across the entire employee lifecycle, including offboarding processes and unemployment claim responses. In addition, the HR Generalist II will leverage the Workday case management system to respond to escalated employee inquiries, optimize HR processes, and contribute to the development and training of the workforce. The position also includes collaborating with external vendors to efficiently manage domestic and international relocations, working closely with legal counsel to process sponsorship applications and petitions, and supporting visa renewal processes and onboarding for international hires and transfers.
