Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting managers and employees in resolving Human Resource issues.
  • Supporting HR processes in areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, and employee development.
  • Participating in staffing and workforce planning activities, including job requirements and candidate selection.
  • Counseling and advising management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collecting and analyzing information/data for decision-making.
  • Conducting and coordinating training courses delivery.
  • Participating in and/or leading projects to achieve HR strategic and tactical goals.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Human Resources with a focus on analysis and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals and planning processes.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
