Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct training sessions on HR topics.
• Administer performance management programs.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and policies.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Kansas or Missouri Driver's License.
• One year of experience in an HR related position.
