About the position

As an HR Generalist Manager I at Aramark, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various human resources functions within the organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Nice-to-haves

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
