This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing our human resources operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving talent acquisition efforts to meet our growing needs. The HR Generalist will lead and manage the recruitment process for healthcare roles, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. This position will also involve developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and maintaining candidate databases. The HR Generalist will partner with the management team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. Additionally, this role will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and practices, addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts as necessary. Compliance is a critical aspect of this position, as the HR Generalist will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. The role will also support annual audits, benefits administration, and any other compliance-related tasks. Furthermore, the HR Generalist will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordinate employee training and development programs, and administer employee benefits programs while processing necessary paperwork.
