The Human Resources and Payroll Generalist will manage and administer HR, Payroll, and Benefits for multiple clients, including employee health and welfare, retirement plans, and leaves of absences. This role involves managing multi-state payrolls and HRIS components within various human capital management platforms. The Generalist will provide guidance to management and employees regarding client-specific policies and procedures, interpret existing policies, and develop operational improvements for HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. This position serves as key support for Managers and above related to HR and Payroll Services across multiple clients. The Generalist will serve as the primary resource for employees on and off-site regarding HR, Payroll, and Benefits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. They will manage critical relationships with client representatives, coordinate client meetings, and interpret client contracts while managing billable work. The role also includes managing the pre-hire process, onboarding candidates, and administering health and welfare plans as well as retirement plans. The Generalist will be responsible for payroll services, including managing multi-state payroll, auditing timekeeping records, and preparing government reports related to EEO and AAP compliance. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
