About the position

As the Human Resources Manager at Aramark, you will play a pivotal role in providing HR generalist support for the Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the management and administration of several critical HR processes. You will be the point of contact for various HR initiatives, ensuring that the needs of the organization are met effectively and efficiently. Your role will involve issue resolution, where you will respond to hotline calls, conduct investigations, and provide follow-up recommendations. You will also be responsible for consulting on corrective actions and performance management, as well as interpreting company policies. In addition, you will lead employee engagement initiatives, developing action plans and coordinating corporate engagement and celebration activities. Talent acquisition will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, serving as the point of contact for corporate programs such as Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership. You will be tasked with HR metrics reporting and analysis, providing insights that drive decision-making within the organization. Furthermore, you will assist with benefits and payroll as needed, and oversee onboarding programs and initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Responsibilities

  • Issue resolution for corporate COEs including hotline calls response, investigation, and follow-up.
  • Consulting on corrective action and performance management.
  • Interpreting company policies and providing guidance.
  • Developing and following up on Employee Engagement Action Plans.
  • Coordinating corporate engagement and celebration activities.
  • Serving as the point of contact for talent acquisition programs like Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership.
  • Reporting and analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Assisting with benefits and payroll as needed.
  • Overseeing onboarding programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and resolution development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
  • Ability to train and make presentations.
  • Solid understanding of financial and business objectives with analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative to improve processes as needed.
  • Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization.
