In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for all benefit-related queries and conduct new hire orientations. You will utilize various HR systems such as ADP and ATS for different HR functions, ensuring that the company maintains compliance with FMLA regulations. Your role will require leveraging excellent communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities

  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and benefits management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as ADP, Ceridian, and Dayforce; proficiency in using ATS for recruitment
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, including FMLA.
