Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts and onboard new employees
- Manage the weekly payroll processing through outsourced payroll management
- Partner with external vendors for benefits administration and assist with open enrollment
- Maintain and revise employee policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, develop retention strategies, and improve training and development programs
- Maintain OSHA logs and participate in the safety team with management
- Document and develop new safety programs proactively
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in broad based generalist roles
- Experience in payroll processing
