About the position

As an HR Generalist at RedSail Technologies, LLC., you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. You will also assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. In this position, you will manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. This includes collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and conducting interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits administration. Your role will require you to stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the company. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support on various issues such as performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and career development. You will also assist in organizing training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
