Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping their HR landscape and driving our mission to deliver life-changing medicine to the public and hospitals across the nation. In this role, you will conduct bi-weekly orientation and onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values, and attracting top talent. You will support employee development initiatives by coordinating training programs and opportunities for skill enhancement. Collaboration is key, as you will provide guidance to employees and managers, as well as cross-functional teams on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. You will implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback, while leading employee engagement efforts by organizing events, surveys, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace. Maintaining accurate HR records and files is essential, as is keeping abreast of compliance requirements and best practices. You will also assist with Workers Compensation management and stay informed about industry trends and evolving HR regulations to ensure our practices remain current and effective. Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a Generalist capacity.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Professional certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are highly desirable.
