The Krusteaz Company is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Human Resources Team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive HR support, including onboarding, recruiting, training and development, benefits administration, and records management. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. In this position, the HR Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and Plant HR, addressing day-to-day HR matters, company-wide HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and benefit-related inquiries. Responsibilities include supporting new employee onboarding processes, leading full-cycle corporate recruiting under the guidance of the HR Manager, streamlining offboarding processes, and conducting exit interviews. The HR Generalist will also support the Learning Management System (LMS) in coordination with the Talent Development Manager and administer employee recognition and tuition reimbursement programs. Additionally, the HR Generalist will participate in project teams for the annual performance review cycle, compensation cycle, and benefits open enrollment. Maintaining accurate human resource information system (HRIS) records, providing administrative support to HR leadership, and preparing employee communications are also key responsibilities. The role requires a strong customer service orientation, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to upholding confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.
