In this role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruitment, staffing, and onboarding. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing HR metrics and analytics to make informed hiring decisions. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and leading the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, you will ensure that all HR documentation meets state, federal, and contractual requirements, maintaining accurate records for both employees and clients.
