About the position

The HR Generalist position at Vaco involves providing comprehensive HR administrative support within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

  • Providing all HR administrative support to employees of the company
  • Handling all benefits-related questions, leave of absence (LOA), and workers' compensation claims
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all HR-related questions
  • Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and California labor laws

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paychex
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with workers' compensation and benefits administration is highly preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
