The HR Generalist will engage in a variety of services aimed at enhancing employee experience, including production recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, participation in career fairs, policy support, and general outreach to both internal and external customers. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with employees and leadership is critical for success in this role, which is based onsite in Loveland. In this position, the HR Generalist will serve as a partner to employees, supervisors, and managers, assisting with human resources administration and daily activities. The individual will promote a positive workplace culture and champion employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities will include managing the employment lifecycle, conducting new hire orientations, and collaborating with the HR team on various employee-related issues. The HR Generalist will also support full life cycle recruitment for all production opportunities, whether temporary or direct hire, and will be responsible for building applicant pools through outreach to community services, colleges, employment agencies, and social media. Additionally, the HR Generalist will represent Nordson MEDICAL Fluid Components at career fairs and community outreach events, ensuring adherence to Time to Fill requirements and effectively communicating talent metrics. The role involves partnering with external recruiting agencies to fill roles efficiently and working with managers to maintain current job descriptions. The HR Generalist will contribute to HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives and organizational development efforts, while facilitating onboarding activities and maintaining clear communication with functional partners. The position also includes assisting in the planning and coordination of company events and special projects, along with any other duties as assigned.
