In this role, the HR Generalist will manage employee relations for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and paraprofessionals, which includes handling sensitive matters such as terminations and write-ups. The position also involves overseeing the onboarding team, which consists of 1-2 individuals, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires. The HR Generalist will provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed and compliant with organizational standards. Additionally, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation is a key responsibility of this role. The HR Generalist will be expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all HR processes are executed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
