About the position

The HR Generalist at The Structures Company, LLC is responsible for managing a broad range of human resources functions, ensuring effective relationship management across all employee levels, and maintaining confidentiality in handling employee information. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations while fostering effective relationships with union representatives and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and records.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with union representatives.
• Provide support in sensitive and confrontational situations as needed.
• Utilize MS Office Suite and standard office equipment proficiently.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of related work experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with ADP/Paycom payroll software.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) certifications are a plus.
