About the position

The HR Generalist at Harmonium Inc. plays a crucial role in providing a variety of administrative services related to human resources. This position is responsible for managing employee benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, and wellness programs, while also overseeing the ADP HRIS system. The HR Generalist ensures compliance with safety and workers' compensation programs and supports the overall mission of the organization by promoting a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers compensation and safety programs for employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance.
• Coordinate and monitor Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation programs.
• Post job openings and manage the application process, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate employee training events and track attendance.
• Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation for the agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of benefit experience is required.
• Experience with HRIS/HRM systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now or ADP TotalSource.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
