- Analyze data and prepare reports for management's use.
- Maintain employee information to meet organizational obligations.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in HR or related field.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
