The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administration of all Human Resources documents and processes. The HR Administrator will assist the VP of HR and HR Managers as needed, providing support in various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department. In addition to administrative duties, the HR Administrator will play a key role in payroll processing, including managing reports related to employee compensation and benefits. The position also involves recruitment activities, where the administrator will be responsible for coordinating interviews and managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
