Additionally, the HR Generalist will maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring that all details such as employee information, job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structures are accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR-related experience with proven HR applied proficiency.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn the Ceridian DayForce systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
