About the position

Exceed Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our human resources (HR) team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for administering HR policies, procedures, and programs and supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a versatile HR professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and growing healthcare management company. As an HR Generalist with Exceed Healthcare LLC, your job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: **HR Policies and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Assist with job recruitment and selection. Assist in process development for new employee orientations and onboarding, ensuring all employees are smoothly transitioned into the company. **Employee Relations:** Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. Assist in resolving employee-related issues, conducting investigations as necessary. Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of open communication and collaboration. **Performance Management:** Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and monitor progress. Assist with coordination of the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of evaluations. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed. **Benefits Administration:** Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Conduct benefits orientation sessions and assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues. Assist in the coordination of annual benefits enrollment and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. **HR Projects and Initiatives:** Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience. Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys and job evaluations. Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and trends. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Google Meet).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
