As the Human Resources Generalist, you will provide HR support for the Aramark/LifeWorks at Nike account. This role is primarily responsible for managing all hourly recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations issues across multiple locations. Reporting to the Sr. HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for front-line managers and hourly employees, overseeing a total population of approximately 500 employees. Your responsibilities will include managing the hourly recruiting and onboarding programs, which involves conducting monthly New Hire Orientation sessions. You will also be tasked with resolving general employee relations issues and providing guidance to both front-line managers and employees. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will provide consultation to managers on recruiting, onboarding, and employment-related policies and compliance. Investigating employee complaints, issues, and concerns will be a critical part of your role, and you will coordinate resolutions with the Sr. HR Manager. This will involve conducting investigation interviews and preparing relevant documentation. You will interact with internal stakeholders to address HR needs pertaining to their locations and assist the Sr. HR Manager with projects related to employee engagement, staffing, and onboarding. Additionally, you may provide benefits and payroll assistance as needed.
