About the position

The HR Generalist at EOSYS Group, Inc. plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support, focusing on General HR, Employee Relations and Engagement, Benefits Administration, and Process Improvement. This position is integral to managing various HR processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall HR support in areas such as General HR, Employee Relations, and Benefits Administration.
  • Manage and assist with various process improvement projects across HR disciplines including recruiting and employee development.
  • Establish credibility with employees at all levels to effectively resolve people issues.
  • Create and revise company policies and procedures to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Investigate and respond to employee complaints and regulatory inquiries.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for separations.
  • Assist with HR metric creation and tracking, compiling HR-related reports as needed.
  • Support HR Analyst with benefit compliance and required disclosures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources function preferred.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Ability to use HRIS software and web-based systems for recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement.
