About the position

As an HR Generalist at Innova Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, and Safety Programs. This position is based in Delta, Pennsylvania, and is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite for two days a week, with the potential to reduce to one day as you become more acclimated to the role. The duration of this position is 12 months, with the possibility of extension. You will provide direct support to the HR Director and assist in augmenting the current HR staff during peak times or special projects. Your responsibilities will include handling the administrative side of HR, which encompasses a variety of tasks such as uploading documents, data entry, and conducting coaching discussions with managers. You will also be involved in audits, teaching other employees to use HR systems, and working on policies and procedures. Interaction with new hires and participation in career fairs at nearby universities will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in an HR-related role. A strong attitude and willingness to learn are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel spreadsheets. This role offers opportunities for remote work and the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Requirements
