About the position

The human resources generalist partners with management and stakeholders to provide expertise in recruitment, selection, and hiring of a diverse and talented workforce. This position provides expertise in management consultation, performance management, discipline, and investigations. Additionally, the HR generalist will provide support on leaves, reasonable accommodations, special projects, and other areas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and stakeholders to provide expertise in recruitment, selection, and hiring.
• Provide management consultation and support in performance management.
• Assist in disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Support employees on leaves and reasonable accommodations.
• Manage special projects and other HR-related areas.

Requirements

• Experience in human resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a public sector or government HR role.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
