About The Position
The HR Generalist position at Valmont is an individual contributor role responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to the Operations Teams at the Jasper Operations location. This role involves building effective relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to influence and execute HR processes and initiatives. Key responsibilities include employee relations, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, onboarding, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist serves on the front lines of HR support, assisting management in building organizational strength and implementing best practices in Human Resources.
