About the position

The HR Generalist at Piab Group will serve as the primary HR contact for both blue-collar and white-collar employees, managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while ensuring legal compliance and leveraging digital tools to enhance HR processes. This role is essential in supporting the workforce and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries for employees.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Execute a wide range of HR tasks, including administering HR programs and managing employee benefits.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws, regularly reviewing and updating policies.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance HR processes and stay updated on HR trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of HR management experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and strong HR practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
