HR Generalists are vital in supporting both employees and management, facilitating communication, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, the HR Generalist will manage the recruitment process, which includes job postings, interviewing, and hiring new employees. They will oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company. Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts is also a key responsibility, as is promoting positive employee relations and maintaining a healthy work environment. The HR Generalist will coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers in developing performance improvement plans. They will implement and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Identifying training needs and organizing employee development programs, as well as facilitating workshops and training sessions, are also part of the job. Additionally, the HR Generalist will manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring confidentiality and security of HR information is essential. The role also involves developing and administering compensation programs, conducting salary surveys, and preparing reports for regulatory agencies. Requirements
