A Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a professional who oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of an organization. They manage recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development. This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day activities including talent development, compensation, policy compliance, data analysis, and communications for our Commercial Service business in the US. The HR Generalist will also have the opportunity to be involved in specified HR projects. The ideal candidate will be organized and analytical and will provide HR client support to Service Managers, Technicians, and Business leaders.
