About the position

The HR Generalist role at Robert Half involves managing various daily HR functions within a multi-division manufacturing organization. This position focuses on employee relations, hiring processes, payroll administration, benefits management, leave management, and enforcing company policies, contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Address employee related issues and maintain employment records.
  • Execute HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters).
  • Stay updated with HR trends and regulatory changes.
  • Manage projects for creating an optimal workplace environment.
  • Assist with processing employee payrolls accurately.
  • Administer all employee benefit plans and the company's 401K.
  • Assist in annual audits.
  • Manage personnel recruitments, background checks, and orientation.

Requirements

  • BS degree or related HR Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR and employment laws.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a HR generalist position with a focus on employee relations.
  • Experience with payroll is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
