About the position

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR and payroll tasks within the Real Estate & Property Management industry. This role is crucial for supporting employee needs, ensuring compliance with HR laws, and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to streamline HR and payroll functions
  • Conduct orientations for new team members and manage benefits enrollment processes
  • Support employee needs and build strong relationships within the organization
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels
  • Process payroll and bill vendors with accuracy and efficiency
  • Carry out data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records
  • Source talent, conduct new permanent orientation and benefits review
  • Oversee Payroll processing and billing vendors
  • Support CRM and property management software operations
  • Ensure compliance with HR and employment laws

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR Specialist role or related field
  • Proven ability in managing benefit functions for employee welfare
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective employee interactions
  • Demonstrable experience in handling employee relations, fostering a healthy work environment
  • Proficiency in using independent systems for payroll management
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • High level of collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability in creative problem solving to address HR-related challenges
  • Relevant experience in the Real Estate & Property industry would be advantageous
