Your responsibilities will include partnering with the HR Manager to handle full cycle recruiting, maintaining job descriptions, and ensuring inclusive hiring practices. You will also provide HR guidance, support conflict resolution, and develop programs to boost employee engagement. Additionally, you will manage payroll, benefits administration, leave programs, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR Manager to handle full cycle recruiting and maintain job descriptions.
  • Ensure inclusive hiring practices are followed.
  • Provide HR guidance and support conflict resolution.
  • Develop programs to boost employee engagement.
  • Handle payroll and benefits administration.
  • Manage leave programs and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
