About the position
The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work. This includes providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions, coordinating the employee engagement committee, posting open positions, supporting recruitment, providing weekly onboarding, managing employee relations issues, and assisting with offboarding employees while partnering to reduce turnover.
