Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive workplace environment by serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including team-building activities and programs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to attract top talent and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires, equipping them with necessary tools and support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Partner with leadership to implement and update HR policies that support a high-performance culture.
  • Support professional growth by identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted training programs.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits and serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • PHR or SHRM certification is required.
  • Proficiency in HR software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Paylocity and Lever is preferred.

  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
