About the position

Our client is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers. B2Broker's advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions enables brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues. We are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and organizational skills. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions within the organization. This includes overseeing the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring that new employees are effectively integrated into the company. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for managing employee absences, liaising with migration services regarding visa issues, and addressing various employee concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, particularly in an international context, and will be adept at handling complex employee situations with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-onboarding and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage all employee absences in Jira (holidays, sick leave, time off)
  • Liaise with migration services of various countries on visa issues for employees
  • Interact with employees on various issues and problems, resolving them
  • Coordinate re-registration of employees from one legal entity to another when changing location
  • Daily reporting

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR experience in an international company
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on experience with pre- and onboarding and adaptation of new employees
  • Ability to interact with managers and employees from different departments
  • Experience in conducting complex dismissals independently
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and sense of humor
