We are seeking a skilled and resourceful HR Generalist to help ensure smooth and efficient business operations. In this role, you will handle both administrative and strategic tasks, including staffing, training, payroll, and benefits management. You'll also be responsible for crafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies in line with legal standards. The objectives of this role include developing and implementing personnel procedures and policies, offering guidance and interpretation for business operations. You will contribute to the development of HR objectives and systems, including creating metrics, reports, and queries. Additionally, you will manage benefits, compensation, payroll, and employee performance programs, proposing new policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience and improve the efficiency of the HR department. Ensuring compliance with local and national employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary, is also a key responsibility.
