About the position

We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position involves coordinating and executing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and retention, managing benefits administration, handling HR-related inquiries, and more. The HR Generalist will be responsible for ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization by supporting its most valuable asset: its people. In this role, you will conduct personnel recruitment efforts, which include managing the orientation processes for new hires and conducting exit interviews for departing employees. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and comply with legal standards. Managing the organization's employee database and preparing reports will be essential to track HR metrics and ensure data accuracy. Providing guidance and support to employees is a key aspect of this role, as you will handle HR-related inquiries and work to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring the performance evaluation procedure to ensure that it is conducted fairly and effectively. Overseeing benefit and compensation programs will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that they comply with legal requirements and meet the needs of employees. Staying updated on labor legislation is crucial, as you will need to inform the HR department and management about any changes in regulations that could impact the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding knowledge of HRMS and Microsoft Office.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
