Requirements

  • 3+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing setting
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field of study required
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience with MS Office 365, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
